Firehouse Que and Brew in Fallbrook

First time visit was on a Saturday. The BBQ was good and the price as well. Will return someday.

The brisket sandwich and coleslaw was fantastic and the service was excellent!

Sooo love the people that take care of you. Now.. The food is BOMB! If you live around here you must go. Great BBQ house.

Nice place with friendly service from everyone there. Good amount of items to choose. Quick turn around on order once placed. My meat was a little overcooked but still tasted good. I would eat here again and again.

I had a great time over at firehouse subs. Came on a Wednesday night enjoyed prime rib and had a choice of a couple of sides. The prime rib was delicious great atmosphere and staff. The bartender Shawn was very professional and welcoming as I tried a variety of beer. Definitely would come back and hangout at this bar. I had a great time!

literally some of the best peach cobbler we have ever had. An excellent place to stop in Fallbrook for Q/drink. The outdoor patio is excellent assuming it is not too hot. The staff was very friendly to our 4-year old son with Down Syndrome . . . . . . .

Oh man the BBQ here is so dang good. I have tried every meat they offer at this place and have never been disappointed. Ribs, tri-tip, shredded pork, etc... it is all good. Sides are good as well with a great selection of craft beers on tap. It is called the firehouse because it is the location of the first firehouse in Fallbrook.

Very friendly staff and excellent BBQ of various cuts of meat with a nice selection of yummy sides. Did not try the beers.

Love the food here! There is a great southern vibe to the food including fried okra which I order everytime. Fun little place.. fast service and games you can play at the tables while you wait. Big and little kid friendly.

Ordered for the first time with Doordash! It was the most amazing pulled chicken I have ever had! So tender, melt in your mouth, and the bbq sauce was just right. Potato salad was just like homemade!

If you like meat that is exquisitely smoked and bbq'd then you need to come to Fallbrook California and experience Firehouse Que & Brew. You won't be disappointed, like my goddaughter will be when she reads this review and realizes that I went and had fantastic meat without her. The only thing holding back a 5th star is the price. The employees, food, and service is definitely 5 star worthy. When in Fallbrook please hit this place up

Oh.my. the food was so amazing! The mac n cheese fries were so good , they are worth the extra cardio you have to do afterwards! And the ribs were charred perfectly and fall off the bone juicy. The spicy bbq sauce really packed a punch while maintaining a delicious flavor and not being too overwhelmingly hot . the sweet tea was also fantastic! It is a order at the counter and sit down kinda restaurant. It had a cute bar inside as well as a nice outdoor patio. Great quick bbq place to check out!

Mac n fries were delicious. Beer is on point, great variety and prices. Prices were perfect for the food and excellent service. They had a bingo night when I went, so they have events!

Best service, best food, and great prices. The brisket melts in your mouth and the bread pudding is to die for. I recommend Firehouse to anyone who likes a good a good BBQ and friendly service. Five stars for sure!

The pulled pork is so tender and delicious. The tri rip is my 10 year olds favorite thing about the place and the brisket is flavorful and yummy. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and everything we've tried there we love!! Definitely worth the trip and price is reasonable for portions. And if you like beer they have a good selection.

I would only recommend places that stand out from the rest and this place is one of those ones. their pull pork and brisket sandwiches, simply superb.

Born and raised in the beautiful state of NC,I can honestly say this is the best bbq I've had on the west coast. And I've tried a lot of bbq places. Great food and friendly atmosphere. My kids were when like "Ok, whenever we want some bbq, we'll have to drive over an hour to get here. The Sampler is a must!! Make sure you're hungry!!

As a recent transplant into the Fallbrook area, I am still getting used to what is offered in the area. The day I moved into the area, I happened to drive by this place, and marked it as a place of interest to try as soon as possible, and I am glad that I now have. The location looks well maintained, and very clean. You order as you come in, and then take a seat. The interior is decorated with pictures of Fallbrook history, and is not over done or gaudy.The staff have all been very friendly, and have checked on me several times, everytime with a smile. Though the night I came in seems to be Bingo might and a member of the staff had been busy getting people setup with Bingo cards.Now the food. I ordered a Pulled Pork sandwich with a side of Mac and Cheese. Both are very good, and worth ordering again in the future.So final thoughts. Will I come again? My answer is a eager very much so, I want to try more items on the menu.

Great BBQ here! This place is almost always busy.... that should be your first clue. Doesn't seem to matter what you get it's SOOOO good! Brisket, Tri-tip, Pulled Pork.... all done superbly. Their sauces are good, the sides are good. Oh... and the ribs.... WOW! Quit wasting your time and go get it!

The food is GREAT! The pulled pork mac and cheese fries are addicting like go get rehab after eating these good! If your into garlic have them add garlic to the fries! Beer selection changes for good variety. The menu isnt disappointing so have fun! Good luck trying to make up your mind though!!!

Nice little place in Fallbrook. We went during the day on a weekday so it wasn't crowded at all but my God the food was amazing. The Mac and cheese with meat on top of it was to die for. People were nice and the place looks like it can get packed during dinner! BBQ and craft beer seems like a winning combo!
